Service is really good, with warm staff ready to assist at all times. The dining options are abundant and the overall atmosphere feels luxurious.
Maintenance needs attention, especially regarding room cleanliness and providing necessary amenities, which can detract from the experience.

Everything was simply exceptional. The hotel was good modern and luxurious, we enjoyed its amicable staff. The room was luxurious and newly remodelled with kettle provided, good views, for example. The location was marvellous, minutes from old town. There were a market and several stores around the property. The breakfast was fantastic, the check in was early.

Spacious room with an amazing view of the city. Bed and pillows felt very comfortable, and everything was clean upon arrival. Breakfast buffet impressed me with a variety of delicious options. Staff were mostly cheerful and helpful, ensuring room service requests were handled efficiently. My only issue was with the requirement to pay for extras immediately. I had to have my ATM card ready when ordering food to the room. Some amenities had extra charges, which caught me off guard. I would have preferred being able to settle everything at checkout. Anyway, I had a great experience overall and would recommend the hotel.

The cute staff made a significant impact, especially with kind gestures like complimentary fruits in the room. The spacious Superior Room featured amazing views and comfortable beds. Despite some minor issues, such as a delayed luggage delivery and an unaddressed water leak, the overall cleanliness and aesthetic offered a serene atmosphere, complemented by the delicious classic fried fish on the menu. Would recommend for a feel-good experience with room for service improvements.

My time here was really nice, especially when I enjoyed a relaxing body scrub at the spa and took a dip in the clean, outdoor pool. The only minor hiccup was my arrival where I had some trouble getting a clear pick-up instruction from the airport. I’d recommend reaching out ahead of time for a smoother experience! 😊
